Company work culture is good.but I think this not good for freshers because here team leader not give to permission to learn anything. Here you work hard but credit goes to your senior.

Hi Worked in stellar for almost 11.5 years. It is a good company provides job security and work life balance. Working here is very cool and our boss Kuljeet sir is very kind hearted person. I don't know about other departments because I have worked in R& D.

Nothing to like, especially in COVID-19 time employees are forced to come to office risking health. This is an IT company fyi. Company policies are not for the welfare of the employee. Medical leaves are seen vocational leaves. Don't expect bonus and appraisals are not good.

No PF deduction, No employee welfare Managers/Team leader will not support you Unresponsive HR Worst appraisals Office politics is worst here No promotions Only one person approves everything, even HR won't do anything on their own. No job training.

Work Details

Job is very hectic, they will ask you to complete project on impossible timelines. This company provides no training. Basically no growth in this company. Employee have to repeatedly ask HR to do mundane tasks.

There is nothing to be like in the company, always dwmotivate the employee, always suck. Any person do hardwork for the organization. But company never encourage or appreciate him by salary hike or incentive.

In covid time company forcing employees for come to the office. Being an IT company it does not provide work from home for employees safety. If any employees got covid positive, company send him on force leave and also cut his salary in this crucial time. Company take hard work from the employee and pay less salary. My work experience was ok. But not so good. Because If you deliver your output on time or on delay. Company always remain neutral. Your senior will take the credit of your work. I wish compny will take these issue seriously.
