There is no job security, zero development

Dislikes

I didn't like anything. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there is no career growth nor job security. And she asked all of us not to work and leave the company because she couldn't manage that process or idk what. And after that she told HR that we all quit. Lol

It was unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Dislikes

The proprietor is a lady who doesn't have business sense. She runs the business as per her mood swings.No freedom at work. Every day was stressful and no value for work done. Now the company's operations are shut down. Salary not paid for 2 month's. Very terrible experience.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
