You get to learn all things by yourself(which is not good in many cases). No official trainings are provided (even to freshers).

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Poor resource and work management. Working hours are unbelievably horrible. There's no limit to your working hours. You will affect your health very badly and there's no satisfactory compensation against this.

Work Details

0 out of 10. Shift timings are 9.5 hours, but is extended every single day by atleast 4 hours. So you have to work for atleast 13-14 hourse everyday for a very poor package. Over time allowance is very poor.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
