The company promotes NEPOTISM VERY STRONGLT many undeserving people are given undue benefits and opportunities against deserving outsiders who are target to be thrown out .. iv seen hopeless people who were to be thrown out given opportunities that they desired in other departments and outstation candidates who perform have had movement requests to other cities due to health constrains denied outrightly...Read More

Work life balance is horribly managed here , and this is due to the fact that the co has hired a lot of incompetent people in the name of promoting local talent and nepotism

I did not enjoy the work culture. A Global brand needs to look beyond the option of saving cost as it will hit them hard in the long run... many of the small towns are not open outsiders the way cities are ..

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
