I'm not thinking that this is good company, upper level management have to think that the reputation of the company is malign due to middle level management. They don't have sense to talk properly, employees don't know how to write mail this is the worst scenario in this company. Robot culture . And they are happy to be like this type of employees. God must be crazy.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
