My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The senior manager should talk decently but they failed to do that. My team manager won’t give respect anybody and his words are not good enough. Even my team manager not support his own team members then how can they sustain there.

There is nothing to like about this company, BU Head for Operations sucks and they will blame managers for their mistakes. It’s been couple of months I left the company and still haven’t received my experience and reliving letter. ESS Team and FnF Team will not respond to any of the emails. HR doesn’t even have knowledge about this team.

Work is easy as compared to other captive companies.

There is no ease to give work from home, leaves are also not allowed when you want. Feel burden when the other teammates take leave.
