Teammates are very helpful and also friendly. Training procedures are too good. I mostly like the working environment it's safe and secure. I am happy to be a part of this company.

Dislikes

Sometimes we got pressure for mandatory OT. I can understand it's due to extreme pressure. But from my point of view OT is my choice but if it's mandate then it's not OT. That's it otherwise everything is ok.

Work Details

My work is customer handling in extreme condition. Because I am a senior executive. It's slightly challenging bcz most of the time irate customers connect with us so we need to handle them in proper ways.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
