You will get the friendly atmosphere. Office is clean.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Office politics are there, job satisfaction is 0. Dirty politics is there. You need to be a "Chatu employee" then it is okay👍. Management is the worst. No value of your good work also.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
