There are so many: 1) Even you joined freshly, you have to meet the target 2) Managers are terrible they don't support for the team, so much politics and they never allow the team member to go beyond them (Most managers english are terrible), but they put talented persons down 3) No proper training for freshers so there's no chance for them to learn about work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 4) Even you get promotion there will be no salary increment accordingly 5) I worked hard includes manager's work but he received more increment than me every year 6) No proper power to the non medical team 7) Weekend working even if there's less work on that week 8) Talent will never get identified 9) The more you polish the higher people's you will get benefits </mark>...Read More

Claim Sattlement Ratio to poor and for cashless claims maximum time denie by company and harras customers. Salary stracture poor , incentive target are huge very difficult for achive, promotion part was very tough in this company, HR management structure are horrible they don't give any reply for mail and call </mark>. 3-4 year old staffs are not confirmed employee in this company when you say anything seniors told you to leave company, And as per 11C clause by company they are anytime terminate you without Notice and salary. I was joined Start Health on December 2018 I was work hard there also get promotion as senior Executive with in two years after second lockdown work increase but senior Management not appointed any new employees after few months senior Management started abusive lower and middle levle employees very critically </mark>.
