Backend Developer

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced 3+ years Backend Developer skilled in Node.js and Express to build and maintain the server-side logic and APIs for the incentive modelling and gamification system. You will be responsible for implementing the incentive calculations, integrating with third-party APIs, and ensuring data consistency and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Node.js and Express.

● Create APIs for the frontend to fetch real-time data (e.g., performance metrics, rewards).

• Implement business logic for incentive calculations and gamification mechanics.

● Integrate with external systems (e.g., CRM, call center tools) to fetch data for processing.

• Ensure scalability and security for high-traffic data handling.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend

Qualifications

● Strong experience with Node.js and Express.

● Expertise in API design (RESTful and GraphQL).

● Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

● Familiarity with caching tools (e.g., Redis) and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ).

● Knowledge of security practices, including data protection and authentication.

● Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
