...o BDS/BAMS/BHMS, they will not regard you and your credentials. HR is atrocious. Stated salary as per bond not provided. There is no work life balance. Keep on insisting to work on Sunday's in the name of roasters.

There is lots of managers who have gang of their own .they do not want to stay new employee.even they behave like mawalis they shouts like animals.such a people i have seen in my life.very pathetic experience i have .

The company is good in terms of incentive structure and all. Career growth wise its poor.

Compensation is decent, but growht is slow. The pressure is very high. To achieve day to day target is big deal.

Job is satisfactory but it is basically strictly target oriented. Only good point is that company provides care and support and timely salary according to market.

All thing is good.. working environment, seniors and colleagues all are very good only drawback from my side is monthly target and unsecured job security.
