...s very nice. Work environment is very good Branch Manager & Sales Manager label. Salary high but appraisal depending KOLKATA RH hands not HR. Work-life as per HR rules very good but Kolkata RH work culture is very bad at this time. Company innovation over all very good.

Today I am filling Kolkata work culture is bad due to Regional Head. He is bad for company as well employees. He do not required any good employees lest 18 months. No body work with this person.

Sorry to say I am not received last 10 days salary amount and before last day my workline Hr is not working and informed my reporting and local HR ..but I am not received and I have already shared daily basis gps photo .. because my reporting said daily share photo with gps but ............😔😔😔😔😔😔

...r banca channel. I was handling 3 branches in 3 cities. Got very bad experience. My last month salary, my travel claim everything is not clear yet, and given me 1 day relieve... Pathetic work culture. That banks, which have tie up they also not given any business by saying reasons like, in last 2-3 year PNB MetLife not given services properly. And your employees frequently changes the jobs and we need to face customer... Customer's maturity amount is hold for 7 months after maturity... Operation team also not supportive for ground level Emp. But seniors wants business only... In PNB METLIFE Seniors shouting for business and customers shouting for service.. as a employee we were taking salary for harrasment only not for our duty.

Company is giving good package but not other benefits as good as they should

There are so much bad things. 1. Company culture is worst like hell 2. Managers and other hierarchy always force you to resign or try to terminate you to save their jobs. 3. HR department is also very much poor. They act like puppet of Managers. 4. Company has several loop hole and mis selling fraud. 5. Company is not able to provide the simple solutions to their employees, even if they have the solution. Instead giving solution they fire the employee.

There nothing to like in pnb METLIFE. This is worst company I have worked with. They will not give you salary. Manager will pressurze you every single minute. This is my strong advice to everyone to not join this company. Upper management will not hear you. They always listen to you manager. Manager always pushes you to sale either it is ethical or unethical. They will never support you.

Manager support miss saling. My manager hold my salary of last 2 months. They always threatened you. Your attendance is in your report managers hand. They hire you and from 2 month they will start fire you. They will make so much pressure that you can't bear. This my very humble request to all who is read to this please don't join this company at any cost.
