Worst work culture, hire and fire system, no scope of learning anything either perform or go. No support from supervisors. Will not recommend to anyone. Shifts extends for 9-10hrs, no work life balance

For credit life channel that is PNBHFL volume is only considering for increment and promotion but the actual assessment should be done considering the penetration because that's the exact point of evaluating performance of employee. I have resigned yesterday (30.10.24) due to the same reason only

The moment u join the company they will give your pressure to do numbers and call u to nehru place ofent n make u sit there for 7, I wouldn't like to recommend any of you to join this company it's a he'll.
