Job Description

1.Coordination with Affordable Housing Loans and handling of Banking Ombudsman and CPGRAMS Complaints

2. Legal contract drafting/vetting and contract Management.

3. Prepare and Vet necessary Legal documents/pleadings and Reply notices etc. for. Courts/ Tribunals and attend Arbitration and ODR platforms

4. Handling Cases Against the Bank and in favor of the Bank and Maintenance of MIS in the streams of 138N.I, Civil, Criminal, and Labour.

5. Maintenance of MIS with respect to criminal matters filed against the Bank officials.

6. to make all effort and expedite cases filed against the Bank and to Make all effort to arrive at solution with necessary internal approvals thereby reduce the provisional amount.

7. Perform other Tasks as assigned by Head - legal as needed

List of Responsibilities:

1) Transaction support, including in relation to contracting and compliance

2) Helping the organization understand legislative and regulatory change that may impact its business model and operations.

3) Helping the organization understand the legislative and regulatory implications of its new projects, products, services and expansion plans.
