Job Description
Legal Drafting (Assistant Manager)
Drafting & Reviewing Contracts:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lease agreements, MOUs, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulatory requirements in all agreements.
- Modify and standardize legal templates for different business transactions.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure all legal documents comply with RERA, property laws, and corporate governance policies.
- Handle due diligence for real estate transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities for approvals.
Risk Assessment & Dispute Resolution:
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions.
- Handle contract disputes, litigation matters, and arbitration related to real estate.
- Advise business teams on legal implications of real estate agreements.
