Python Developer Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python lead with Data Science expertise . The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative data solutions that drive business decisions and enhance our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust machine learning models, including clustering, regression, and classification algorithms.

Design and architect neural networks for complex problem-solving.

Conduct statistical analyses and linear expressions to derive insights from data.

Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as word embeddings, tokenization, semantic and syntactic analysis, and lemmatization.

Work with tensors, vectors, and matrices to manipulate and analyze data.

Leverage the Hugging Face library and BERT for advanced NLP applications.

Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members

A business mindset and experience in data-driven decision-making processes.

Leading the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Python and Data Science with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise.

Python Programming skill

Kafka Implementation (Writing Producers and Consumers)

API Development

API Implementation where consuming internal/external APIs

Good Web technology understanding and experience

RDBMS experience in design, development and experience of writing queries

Mongo experience

Proficiency in Python and other programming languages like SQL. Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark

experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience in designing neural network architectures.

Strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with large datasets and cloud-based data solutions.

Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools.
