Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled AIML Engineer with experience in Python and expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our innovative AI and Machine Learning team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging cutting-edge techniques in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and retrieval-based models. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working on AI/ML projects, with a deep understanding of RAG architecture and its application in various domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AIML solutions leveraging Python for various tasks, including data preprocessing, model development, and evaluation.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve natural language understanding and generation capabilities.

- Build data pipelines to feed data into machine learning models, ensuring high-quality data preprocessing and feature engineering.

- Integrate RAG models with large-scale systems, ensuring seamless retrieval and response generation to user queries or tasks.

- Work with large datasets and implement efficient data retrieval techniques to enhance the performance and relevance of generated content.

- Train, fine-tune, and optimize transformer-based models (such as BERT, GPT, T5, etc.) for retrieval and generative tasks.

- Implement cutting-edge techniques in NLP to handle text generation, question-answering, summarization, and other language tasks.

- Conduct thorough experiments, evaluate models, and measure the performance and accuracy of models in real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product teams, to design AI solutions that meet business needs.

- Work on model deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production environments to ensure high availability and efficiency.

- Continuously research and stay updated with advancements in AIML, specifically in areas like retrieval-augmented generation, transformers, and large-scale language models.

- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members on best practices in AI/ML development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), specifically in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Strong programming skills in Python, including proficiency in Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), retrieval-based models, and how they combine with generative models like GPT-3, T5, or BERT.

- Experience in working with pre-trained transformer-based models and fine-tuning them for specific tasks (e.g., text generation, question answering, summarization).

- Solid understanding of NLP techniques, such as tokenization, embedding, attention mechanisms, and sequence-to-sequence models.

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, model selection, and evaluation techniques.

- Knowledge of data retrieval techniques, indexing, and search algorithms to integrate into RAG architectures.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models.

- Ability to work with large datasets, including experience with data preprocessing, ETL pipelines, and feature engineering.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into actionable machine learning tasks.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
