Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI/ML Python Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across a variety of domains.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into innovative and impactful AI/ML models.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Develop and train deep neural networks (DNNs) for advanced Generative AI (GenAI) models.

- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering using Pandas and NumPy.

- Implement and evaluate various machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

- Conduct model selection, tuning, and optimization to achieve optimal performance.

- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training, deployment, and scaling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of our AI/ML infrastructure.

- Document and communicate technical findings effectively.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Experience in building and training deep neural networks for GenAI models.

- Proficiency in data processing and manipulation with Pandas and NumPy.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms.

- Experience with model evaluation techniques (cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning).

- Excellent coding skills and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.

- Fluent English (both written and spoken) with strong communication and presentation skills.

- A strong passion for AI/ML and a desire to learn and grow.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with specific AI/ML domains (e.g., NLP, computer vision, time series analysis).

- Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML models).

- Contributions to open-source projects.

- Publications in relevant conferences or journals.
