Artificial Intelligence Developer - Machine Learning/NLP (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Model Development :

- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and optimization.

- Build and fine-tune NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text generation.

Data Preparation :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for model training.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to extract actionable insights.

Deployment & Integration :

- Develop scalable pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models.

- Integrate AI models into existing systems and ensure seamless functionality through APIs or microservices.

Research & Experimentation :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and NLP.

- Experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks to enhance model performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to align AI solutions with business goals.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- Programming Expertise : Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and matplotlib.

- ML Frameworks : Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- NLP Techniques : Strong understanding of NLP concepts, with experience using libraries like NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face.

- Deep Learning : Basic understanding of deep learning concepts, including neural networks and their architectures (e.g. , CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

- Model Deployment : Experience with deploying machine learning models using tools like Flask, FastAPI, or Docker.

- OpenAI APIs : Familiarity with working on OpenAI APIs and integrating pre-trained models.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems effectively.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical ideas clearly.
