Job Title : AI/ML Engineer.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.

You will work on developing and implementing machine learning models and AI solutions to address complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges using AI/ML techniques.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

- Build, train, and evaluate predictive models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Optimize model performance and scalability for deployment in production environments.

- Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into existing systems.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

- Collaborate with data engineers to design robust data pipelines.

- Document workflows, processes, and results for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.

- Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in deploying AI/ML models to production using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.

- Certification in AI/ML from recognized platforms (i.e., Coursera, Udemy, or AWS).
