Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for Zoho products. The ideal candidate will have a Strong understanding of Zoho's product suite and a proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Zoho products.

- Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients while expanding relationships with existing clients.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet organizational goals.

- Client Engagement: Present tailored Zoho solutions to prospective clients and manage the entire sales cycle.

- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, KPIs, and reports for senior management review.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Zoho products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 5-7 years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM, ERP, or SaaS products.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of Zoho's product ecosystem (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team.

- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
