If yes, V-Align is looking for an RPA Sales Specialist to expand our Intelligent Automation business!

About the Role:

- As an RPA Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging potential customers, presenting RPA solutions, and supporting the sales cycle.

- You will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to drive automation adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new leads for RPA and automation solutions.

- Understand customer pain points and present RPA solutions to address them.

- Assist in sales presentations, demos, and proposal development.

- Engage with decision-makers to build relationships and showcase automation benefits.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft tailored automation solutions.

- Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure.

- Stay updated on RPA trends and competitors to effectively position solutions.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT sales, SaaS sales, or RPA/Automation sales.

- Understanding of RPA tools (preferably UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc) is a plus.

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.

- Ability to explain automation solutions to non-technical audiences.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM or any other Zoho application.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
