V-Align - Techno Functional Consultant - Zoho CRM (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zoho Books & Zoho Creator Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Zoho's powerful business applications.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Zoho-based solutions.

Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture : .

- Analyze client business requirements and design comprehensive solutions leveraging Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho applications.

- Develop detailed solution architectures, including data flow diagrams, process flows, and integration points.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.

Implementation & Integration :

- Lead the implementation team and integration of Zoho solutions, including data migration, customization, and configuration.

- Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using Zoho Creator, Books.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho implementations and related integraions.

Client Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Conduct client workshops, presentations, and demonstrations as needed.

- Provide ongoing support and manage the team effectively.

- Gather client feedback and use it to improve solution design and delivery.

Stay Updated :

- Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and related technologies.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Zoho Books & Zoho Creator Solution Architect or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and customization of Zoho applications.

- Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial concepts.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or B. Com(preffered), Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Zoho certifications (preferred).
