SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation, customization, and support of SAP

CRM solutions across various business domains.

You will possess a strong understanding of both business processes and technical intricacies, enabling you to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Functional Expertise :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM functional and technical solutions.

- Configure and customize key SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.

- Develop enhancements and custom objects utilizing ABAP, BOL, GENIL, and Web UI frameworks.

System Integration & Customization :

- Seamlessly integrate SAP CRM with other SAP systems (e., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications.

- Design and implement robust middleware solutions using SAP PI/PO or other relevant integration tools.

Workflow & Enhancements :

- Develop and maintain efficient workflows to streamline business processes.

- Implement custom enhancements using BADIs, User Exits, and the Enhancements Framework.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide timely and effective end-user support, resolving system issues promptly.

- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.

Performance Optimization :

- Continuously monitor and fine-tune SAP CRM system performance by optimizing configurations and custom developments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM implementations, customizations, and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center).

- Expertise in ABAP development, including object-oriented programming and Web Dynpro.

- Experience with SAP CRM integration with other SAP systems and third-party applications.

- Knowledge of middleware technologies like SAP PI/PO.

- Experience with workflow development and enhancements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
