Techno-Functional Consultant - Dynamics F&O (6-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Techno-Functional Expertise :

- Leverage strong techno-functional knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to analyze, design, and implement solutions tailored to business requirements.

Development and Customization :

- Design, develop, and review customizations, extensions, and applications within Finance & Operations using X++, C#.Net, and Power Platform.

- Specialize in D365 Commerce, CSU (Commerce Scale Unit), and CRT (Commerce Runtime) customizations.

Module Management :

- Provide expertise in key modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory, Tax, Retail & Commerce, and Finance.

- Ensure configurations align with organizational and regulatory standards.

Integration Strategy :

- Develop and implement robust integration strategies between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and third-party systems.

- Use Azure-based services to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

Solution Design :

- Lead solution design initiatives to ensure they align with customer requirements and business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and propose effective solutions.

Data Migration :

- Plan and execute data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

- Contribute expertise during at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects.

Power Platform Utilization :

- Integrate Power Platform tools to enhance Dynamics 365 capabilities, improving automation and reporting functionalities.

Performance Optimization :

- Ensure system performance and scalability by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in X++, C#.Net, .NET Core, CRM Online (D365), and MS SQL.

- Expertise in Azure services for cloud-based solutions and integrations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical and functional challenges.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive solution design and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Experience :

- Extensive involvement in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including at least 2-3 full project life cycles.

- Solid background in Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global business environment.
