About the Role :

As an RPA Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide developers, and engage with clients to deliver high-impact automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead RPA projects from concept to deployment, ensuring best practices and scalability.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to drive efficiency.

- Architect, design, and implement RPA solutions using leading platforms (Preferably UiPath).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements and expected outcomes.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across automation initiatives.

- Mentor and guide a team of RPA developers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest RPA, AI, and Intelligent Automation trends to drive innovation.

Requirements :

- 5~5 years of experience in RPA development & leadership roles.

- Expertise in UiPath (certifications preferred).

- Strong knowledge of Python, AI/ML, APIs, and enterprise system integration.

- Hands-on experience with Process Mining, OCR, NLP, and Intelligent Document Processing.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in solutioning, pre-sales, and presenting automation proposals is a plus.

- Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
