Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models.

You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable solutions that leverage AI/ML to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve real-world problems.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments using cloud platforms or other tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Implement machine learning pipelines, workflows, and tools for automated training and testing.

- Research and apply state-of-the-art algorithms to enhance model performance.

- Ensure scalability and reliability of ML systems through efficient coding and architecture design.

- Stay updated on advancements in ML/AI technologies and assess their potential impact.

Qualifications and Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on ML/AI libraries (i.e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).

- Proficiency in working with large datasets and tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

- Proficient in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Analytical Skills :

- Strong mathematical and statistical background.

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.

- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.

Other Skills :

Education :
