The Area Manager for the Health Insurance Industry will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team in the assigned region. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The area manager will also be accountable for team development and performance.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations in the region.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in a any field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
