Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enforcement pushbacks, including analyzing their responses, crafting appropriate rebuttals, and escalating issues as needed to ensure proper enforcement.
• Monitor ongoing cases and follow up on enforcement actions, ensuring timely resolution of infringements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and enforcement actions are taken in previous process stages.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each case, ensuring compliance with company policies and IP regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property rights and trends to support the enforcement process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: A degree in Law, or a related field with a strong focus on analysis and investigation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with Google Sheets, docs, and slides
• CRM Tools Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools like Jira, Salesforce, or other platforms
