JD For Zoho One Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Operations and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, supporting client relationships, and handling bookkeeping tasks across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance management, bookkeeping, and data reconciliation with a strong focus on accuracy and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM and Account Management:
• Maintain CRM records for client accounts.
• Invoice, review, and manage the books for client accounts.
2. Cross-Training and Resource Development:
• Facilitate cross-pollination between client brands for cross-training and resource management.
• Train team members to support operational efficiencies across client platforms.
3. Reporting and Reconciliation:
• Produce month-end reports and manage accounts receivable (AR).
• Reconcile financial records between the bank, Zoho, and other financial systems.
• Handle month-end reporting, including credit card and bank transactions.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Provide timely support in client relationships through regular reporting.
• Assist in compensation management and vendor alignment.
5. Financial and Payroll Support:
• Manage project-level finances, including P&L management and expense reconciliation.
• Support payroll processing, including audits and adjustments.
6. Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
• Provide bookkeeping support for client brands.
• Ensure accurate data management and CRM cleansing to maintain data accuracy.
7. KPI Development:
• Develop and maintain regular KPIs and analytics to assess financial performance.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams for cross-training and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in producing and analyzing month-end financial reports.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to solving financial discrepancies.

Location -Pune, Bund Garden Road,

Office time -3pm to 12 am

No Cab facility , preferably male candidate with Excellent English.
