1. Initial compensation offered was good. 2. The higher management tries to take care of employee benefits.

1. Although compensation offered while joining is quite good, the compensation increment in the forthcoming years was quite low. 2. There is mostly no wfh. And although the higher management tries the best to keep up the work-life balance, personally in my project, I felt that missing. Staying late at office till 10 PM and then not getting any office commute back home makes it quite unsafe for women employees. I was expected to be available for almost every weekend and outside my office hours to take up work at any time of the day. 3. For the issues that I faced, there was no channel to escalate my concerns to the next level of management in case they were not responded to, by the immediate supervisor. 4. Although my base location was Bengaluru, for every production deployment in around 4-6 months, a part of the team was expected to move to Chennai for a month or more to support deployment and normalisation period.
