I have joined as Software Engineer in ecoworld bellandure bangalore office but company have so bad policies which is not favorable for employee. No Work life balance . Managers are not doing but still they are getting promoted but we are not getting the opportunity. Chances of salary deductions can be any any time !! Be care ful from these banking company.
