I will not recommend anybody to join SCB. Mangers culture is bad and they consider employees as sla ves. My work time was Mon-Fri 09am to 09pm and Sat-Sun for deployments and other outages. I supported two application 24x7 with two member team. Manger was destructive approach to employees because of that we lost confidence of ourself and he make us bad Infront of other teams and team members. It made our work-life balance worst. We tried to report and escalate to HR then we realizes HR system was dummy there and reported to higher management person for speak up that also worthless. That indicates HR and management are favorable for all behaviors' of manager. So I consider that is the failure of an organization also. Manger want me to initiate resignation by torture and finally I did that because it was beyond the limits and made my family life bad. So without receiving any other offer I initiated the resignation.
