Career growth is very slow, Salary is just average.Benifit wise that's ok.22 Days leaves, you need to take 10 days continuous leave for a year,carry forward max 5, which again need to take within June next year.Partial WFH given.

The leave policy is good.
The appraisal system and company culture has detoriated in last 1.5 years after the new Talent Acquisition and HR team has been placed. Lot of biasness around the teams, and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. Company policies are followed in letter and spirit. Implementation of internal policies is done with utmost professionalism. Lot of check and balances are there so that there is no room to bypass such policies.
Personal growth, work life balance, remuneration as per market standards - these factors are not given slightest of importance by department heads. Lack of support from seniors and blame game when things go wrong. Internal politics has reached to the levels of toxicity. Some innocent employees are even victims of vendetta politics.
