cross-verify things before joining, there are no cons but as a startup obviously has to work till 10:00 am from morning 8/9 you will start getting calls and have no weeks off. so think before joining.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
