Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products.

- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform the success of each release and plan iterations accordingly.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues that might impair the team's ability to meet business or technical goals.

- Proven track record of translating customer needs into business/product requirements.

- Define key metrics and measure success against goals.

- Prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.

- Drive product development from idea to launch and iteration.

- Analyse competitors' products and explore new ways to improve the company's products.

- Self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, strong ownership, high commitment, and strong business judgment.

- Help create a world-class customer experience platform supporting end-users as well as internal and support teams.

Requirements: Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
