All most all old staff are rigid and orthodox. people are divide in groups.All new staff are (Sp. European) are bold and good people but due to old working culture they are helpless. working atmosphere is not healthy. salary is good. lots of internal politics in all the levels. lots of small issue by cast, language and doing systematically harassment by team leaders. i never give advice to any one whose who want to join SSH. Job security is almost nil. any time you got termination latter from HR....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

What i really dislike in SSH Engineering Consultant is immediately you completed a project, the H.R ask you to transfer to another sponsor or black list you at ministry of labour, SSH should emulate Gulf Consultant that help their workers even after their project relating to visa issues.
