Gives all facilities and job comfort. Teach and gives all responsibilities related sites . Gives work freedom. Allow to take all the decisions about sites.no interference.

Working experience is very bad. Owner behaviour is very bad to Engineer and labours. There old Engineer and supervisor behaviour are very very bad. No any working time is there.

Dislikes

Ower, supervisor, Sr. Engineer language is so rough. No gives site expenses so do not invence own money. No time if work limit. No any leaves. Only Work 24 X 7 X 12 . work work and only work. They gives work at new Engineer like labour work and supervisor work. In this company there is low work quality and in staff only politically game is there. Lots of travel work and not give travelling allowance by company. Not incrimentation and no any bonus. My suggestions is do not join at this company. 😡😡😡😡...Read More
