Only the friends I made there seems to be the thing about that place I like.. there is absolutely nothing!

Honestly and literally the worst place to work at.. yes you can learn the basics about banking.. but that is it.. your life will be hell if you work there more than a year.. It is a very small bank with the smallest and narrowest mentality shared among managers and directors.. if you are good at your work you will be transferred to the chembur branch or the headoffice and then all hell will break loose on you.. there won't be a single task they expect you not to do.. literally yes.. while people at other branches will just have do minimal work on same pay.. you will have to work like a labourer without stop.. and it doesn't stop there.. you will constantly be disturbed during your free time at your home.. and if even that stops you..any mistakes the managers make is instantly your fault even if you have nothing to do with it.. so if you are thinking about joining this place.. I will be glad to know about your wonderful experience there!...Read More
