Nothing, Rude behaviour of the manager. not provided complete 40 days of the training. Manager can fired anytime without intimation. They covered 40 days of the training in 15 days only and they expect employees must be trained with in 15 days. Agreement also wrong. In the agreement their is no policy maintain if employees not get trained within 15 then we can fire you . If this is the rule of condition then they should maintain it or they should informed to the employee before coming. Wrost experience....Read More

1 very wrost experience in my life and my job career also. I have 5 years of experience in customer service. That's why they selected me . It's completely work from home job but Called to Chennai just for training. Accommodation, flight ticket, meal charges are all provided. My training was for 20 days. I went from Pune to Chennai for 20 days.He went there and gave training in a hurry. Actual training which was 40 days was completed in 20 days. And I was terminated as I did not train.But it is not written in their company policy that if you don't train in 20 days then we will fire you. At least he should have said this before going to Chennai Or if they wanted to write in agreement. Their agreement is completely wrong. No such policy is given in it.Everything is in the hands of the manager.He keeps the employee he wants and removes him if he doesn't want.No company fires after giving 15 days training..If they have made the selection in the interview then it is their responsibility to train the employee. And if there is a training period of 40 days then it must be completed..They gave 1 month salary but I didn't go there to collect 1 month salary.They should write their termination policy in advance.just because of company is not registered they fired me with in 15 days. At least they should have informed me before going to Chennai else they can maintain in the agreement also . And the manager said this is the company policy,it it's the company policy then why is it not maintained in agreement. Just because of this job I leave my previous job.
