I really love the people around me in the office, since average age of all the employees in R&F would be just 3-4 years more than me. This allow me to talk to everyone closely and get the things done in the right time.

Issue is after a period of time you feel like you are struck, no progress in your career.

Worst culture where your health with deteriorate and now one will give you anything for your hardwork. Appraisal and promotion are just for name sake and the policies can change whenever the leadership wants.
