I really love the people around me in the office, since average age of all the employees in R&F would be just 3-4 years more than me. This allow me to talk to everyone closely and get the things done in the right time.

Issue is after a period of time you feel like you are struck, no progress in your career.

The learning part is great, there is so so much to learn from people management to writing python scripts to brainstorming new ideas to owning an entire project end to end and getting work done, the learning curve is immense and very fulfilling for people who thrive in such an environment. The salary and the appraisals are great, they make sure you're well compensated if you work well.

Dislikes

The company culture is toxic, you're expected to work at all times and there is honestly no log off time. There is no one to teach you anything and you are expected to learn everything on the go (which is very hard for some people). The expectations from a fresher are as great as from a person who's been working for 2-3 years.
