Decent amount of work is given (for freelancers), feedback is given immediately. Payments are done on time. There is scope for learning & improving yourself in writing. The focus is only on 'work', so that's great! If you are starting off as a content writer, this is a good place to work and learn the basics. They give enough time to complete articles.

Dislikes

Haven't stayed here long enough to dislike anything as yet. Per Article pay rate can be higher for good writers.

Work Details

For a content writer - they rotate the website you are writing for, so there is no scope to get bored. You are able to learn a lot by writing for different companies/fields. I wrote mainly web articles/blogs and also created web page content.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
