Pros - Was enabled to develop my skills faster, and work from home opportunities.

Dislikes

Cons - The company culture is reductive, will make you work overtime, will expect you to be proactive with the already given extensive workload, sky high expectations from freshers and dependency on 1-2 employees makes it difficult to take leaves. My health was terrible throughout and worsened with time here. Mental Health is not given any prerogative, neither is physical health. They tell you that they care for you but they don't. Verbal abuse and yelling is very much predominant and firing was always used as a method to threaten. Work timings and other aspects would not be mentioned strictly (initially) and some of us would be expected to know the exact timings. I would reach the office in time and then sit outside of the office and wait for others to show up only for my superior to tell me that I don't show up to the office (my grandfather has been terminally ill and that was never taken into consideration)....Read More
