It's an employee friendly company with good recognition to employees

Strict WOrk from office even if you are not well. They support till a point but no deviation after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards

Its just little bit better than TCS, Accenture, HCL as you are allowed to take bags inside and little bit less restriction.

Very toxic work culture due to some managers as they will not release you and threat you to go to HR. Force you to work from office and on inhouse tools only.

No responsibility from management They don't know meaning of democracy and fundamental rights are not followed provided by Indian constituency (we should not talk and question seniors). They are laying off its employees every year, last year they laid off 70 employees and this year also. Only micro management , the hr is very rude and baised , don't listen to your concerns. No job security

Sopra gives the job security never fire their employees. You can stay here till your retirement.

But technically, most of the projects using old technology. So learning chances will be quite less. You may stuck will single project for years. Hence your growth stops here. Being having the old crowd in sopra, politics is also very high. You should be smart enough to handle the game. No WFH policy for pregnant womens, injured people this strictness also provoking employees to look outside.
