Work Life balance. No overtime. No working on weekends. Simple work culture.

Dislikes

Don't care about employee's preference. No referendum. Strict policies (sometimes in favor sometime not). They don't evolve with time - Old ways of working. Don't look to join for career growth. It's more of settling here.
