1 heigher management is not good(Full of insecure people) 2 yearly hike is near to 0%. 3 full of politics based on language. 4 No work life balance (they have productivity sheet to track you) 5 No job security (if you complain any thing you well be target and remove) 6 will force to work on weekends also.

It's an employee friendly company with good recognition to employees
Strict WOrk from office even if you are not well. They support till a point but no deviation after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company.
