If you have the quality of ownership than you will have job security in most organization. Sopra steria is no different. Work life balance is good mostly. You can have bursts of days full of work and then the same for no work. Company culture is a subjective thing. Overall culture is good in the sense that if you're not being heard than you can approach even the CEO directly and they listen.

Dislikes

The salary increments become less as your experience grows. Promotion and other stuff is also not based on skill it's about how much time you've spent working. They don't care about your skillset. You just get assigned in random project with random skills that you have to pickup.

Some leaders do understand your personal problems and genuinely help while others just take advantage to demean you. Also forget promotions because senior management never goes out

Not much. If you want less work pressure then can join also skill development depends on project to project but overall work is not good in all the projects. Mostly projects are on .net , not much projects on new technology.

Can't want to comment as it may depend on process to process as per my there are lots things but I'm highly dissatisfied with the promotion and salary hike as it's been 2 years and I haven't got any salary hike and promotion...

No work life balance only politics no increments as per market. Everything is worst here. If u know how to make management happy with politics it's best place for you. Join at your own risk.

It's an employee friendly company with good recognition to employees

Dislikes

Strict WOrk from office even if you are not well. They support till a point but no deviation after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards

They are laying off its employees every year, last year they laid off 70 employees and this year also. Only micro management , the hr is very rude and baised , don't listen to your concerns. No job security
