The people working in media sales at higher positions are very toxic and regressive. Internal growth of young people is a challenge as they dont promote anyone before 3 years and even after 3 years its not necessary.. you get promotions basis how much stake the channel holds in the company’s topline and not basis your performance. The appraisals are said to be transparent but its not like that and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by giving appraisals, if you contest the appraisal then you are taken for a ride, and no one listens to you, I know someone who had acheieved 137% of their target and was given a rating of 4(5 being the lowest). Too much politics and great lack of transparency. The senior management just works by sort of threatening the employees on their job security, undue pressure on the junior employees...Read More
