As a first company it teaches me a lot, how the work culture could be and what the things need to do and what not to do, to survive in the field. Help me to gain knowledge on respective techincal area Azure Data Engineer. And making a good relationship with colleagues and makeing new frnds.

If you are full work holic, this company is not good for your growth. There are no projects very few projects will be there and mostly support. And the projects sometimes in middle got cancelled. So it's disturb your learning path and the carrier. No hikes, job security is very minimal we can't know when they will tell to submit resignation. So, if you want the growth this company is not good option for you. No work satisfaction No recognisation for the work that you did They will give their tasks to you when you are in bench and they will use you without tagging into the project. old company with over 5000 employees and a brand name. Good for women mostly

Dislikes

Very few projects. Company is not growing as such. Toxic management who pushed workload on the employees. Minimal to no hikes. Mostly support projects with no scope of learning. Will not recommend this place if you are looking for full stack / backend development work.

50% salary deduction ,if you come out of the project. it is very difficult to get tagged to a project. Majority of the projects are short term project company is outside the city (Global Village tech park, Pattanagere), so travelling this long everyday is very difficult.

1. Never ever escalate to senior management even if the project is going out of your hand otherwise, you're out 2. Internal politics resource management group newcomers are first target by RMG group and will not allocate project because they are old in company, and they want only they allocate the people they know. 3. HR will support RMG not employee. 4. RMG is not efficient to understand your skill they don't even have proper communication they are just old in the company. 5. They form a group of particular regional language and support only them (Tamil & Kannada). 6. During meeting with client, they communicate in regional languages internally in presence of client. 7. Most of the things- poor management styles- fake urgency setup- blame game by seniors- throwing under bus culture- no coordination between workload and attrition. I can go on for days at length to describe what horrible a company it is.

There are a few benefits like health insurance, learning new courses, and reimbursement. Those are good.

We were assigned to work in a client location, we didn't feel we were working in our company... once the client project stabilizes, we are released from them... back in the sonata bench, we don't get the other project/client. finally, HR asked us to resign from the job ...
