1. Never ever escalate to senior management even if the project is going out of your hand otherwise, you're out 2. Internal politics resource management group newcomers are first target by RMG group and will not allocate project because they are old in company, and they want only they allocate the people they know. 3. HR will support RMG not employee. 4. RMG is not efficient to understand your skill they don't even have proper communication they are just old in the company. 5. Most of the things- poor management styles- fake urgency setup- blame game by seniors- throwing under bus culture- no coordination between workload and attrition. I can go on for days at length to describe what horrible a company it is.

We were assigned to work in a client location, we didn't feel we were working in our company... once the client project stabilizes, we are released from them... back in the sonata bench, we don't get the other project/client. finally, HR asked us to resign from the job ...

Asst general counsel treats you like his personal assistant. He even goes to the extent of asking you to draft emails for him so that he can just hit the forward button from their inbox. Work pressure is immense as the AGC transfer his work on his subordinates. You just forget work life balance after joining this team. Horrible experience.

Hired me for a project, after joining they mentioned project is on hold and manager and hr didn't gave any further updates about project. The manager stopped responding and they moved me to bench no proper information struggle to get into other projects because very less projects inside and they use very old technologies to work with and the experience was terrible after joining. They hire people as they have requirements but after hiring they will be on bench mostly because most of projects will be on hold at any point of time due to some issues. I don't recommend this company to anyone, poor management, no proper updates, people ignore to give the information. And there are very less projects inside the company. Totally waste of time here. I regret now, choosed to join this company, though I had another offer in my hand at the time of joining....Read More

It's very poorly managed workplace. Most of the folks are here for 15, 20 years and treat they are the boss. Give you feel of an govt office.

Dislikes

Poor management, no professional attitude. There are almost no communication from competency other than deliverables. Poor compensation and no sight of annual appraisal. Overall it lakes the zeal and not recommended for high growth mindset.
